On February 4, 2026, the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership welcomed investors and partners for the Q1 Investor Briefing, bringing together key stakeholders for a focused update on recent activity and priorities for the year ahead.

The briefing opened with a recap of a journalist familiarization tour (a “FAM tour”) hosted by the Fort Worth EDP team in October 2025. The tour provided industry-focused journalists with an on-the-ground look at Fort Worth’s business environment and economic development ecosystem. One participating reporter, Andy Grenier of Area Development, recently published an article highlighting Fort Worth’s collaborative approach to corporate investment, titled “A Single Front Door for Corporate Investment in Fort Worth.” The piece reinforces the effectiveness of Fort Worth’s unified economic development model and offers strong third-party validation of the city’s competitive position.

Attendees also heard an update from Schaefer Advertising on the progress of Fort Worth EDP’s forthcoming business recruitment campaign. With the discovery phase now complete, the team is refining core messaging and developing a narrative designed to resonate with C-suite executives and key decision-makers evaluating corporate relocations and expansions. These themes will continue to be explored and refined during upcoming Outreach Champions meetings where investors will have an opportunity to engage more deeply with campaign strategy and next steps.

The briefing concluded with project pipeline updates from the Fort Worth EDP team. Activity is off to a strong start in early 2026, with a high volume of active projects and three site visits conducted just in January. While no single industry dominated the discussion, the breadth of activity reflects continued, diversified interest in Fort Worth as a destination for high-investment projects.

Thank you to all who joined us and continue to support Fort Worth’s economic growth. We look forward to building this momentum throughout 2026!
